This guy and his wife rush into the dentist's office and he says, "Listen Doc, I'm in one heck of a hurry. I have a tee time in less than thirty minutes so forget about the anesthetic, I don't care about the pain...just pull the #$%@& tooth & let's be done with it."
The dentist said "This is hard to believe...which tooth is it?"
